摘要
碘乙酰胺是蛋白组学中半胱氨酸和组氨酸的烷基化试剂,可抑制蛋白酶活力下降甚至消失而不使蛋白变性,具有诱导细胞缺氧、黏膜损伤、焦虑和抑郁等作用,可基本模拟消化系统疾病如慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良、溃疡性结肠炎的病理生理机制,故目前广泛应用于慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良、溃疡性结肠炎动物模型的建立和研究。现就对其在消化系统疾病动物模型建立中的作用机制、造模方法等研究综述如下。
