企业内部冗余资源并不仅仅是企业的成本,它可能还是企业培育独特竞争优势的潜在来源。只有不断扩展对企业冗余资源的来源、性质和特征的认识,人们才能有效地管理组织内部的冗余资源并充分发挥其难以替代的积极作用。
