脊椎结核化学疗法的探讨

摘要：

对脊椎结核经病灶清除术后化疗与复发有关的1074例进行分析。其中规律化疗者690例,不规律化疗者384例,其2～6年复发率分别为1.7%,13.3%。用药<6个月者复发率为17.8%,6个月为48%,12个月为1.5%,18个月为0.6%。笔者强调化疗应规律、不间断、足够时间的联合用药。药物以异烟肼（INH）、链霉素（SM）、利福平（RFP）为主,用药时间为1～1.5年。坚持用药是化疗胜败的关键。
