经皮内窥镜引导下胃造口术在神经系统疾病治疗中的应用

摘要：

经皮内窥镜引导下胃造口术(PEG)是针对神经系统疾病造成的球麻痹患者维持长期营养及预防呛咳的最好方法,使用逐年增多。目前多用于脑卒中及肌萎缩侧索硬化,但对PEG置放的时机、风险和对延长存活期的价值仍需更多的循证医学研究。老年期痴呆患者应用PEG是否有益处争议较大,有待于积累经验。
