摘要：

Jagged 1在哺乳动物发育等方面起着重要作用,最近发现它对肿瘤发生也有很大影响。在造血系统肿瘤和实体瘤,它可以单独或与其它信号通路分子共同控制细胞的增殖、凋亡、细胞粘连及转化等行为。但是,其作用存在双重性,即可以促进也可以抑制肿瘤的发生,这可能与肿瘤的组织类型和与不同信号通路的作用有关。
