骨关节炎信号通路及其治疗靶点

摘要：

骨关节炎(OA)病程中的信号通路非常复杂。研究发现OA病程中有2条重要信号通路,即白介素-1信号通路和Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路;抑制信号通路特殊靶点可提供迅速、有效的治疗。活化滑膜细胞产生的白介素-1通路可直接和间接地作用于软骨细胞,修饰基因表达,因此调节软骨细胞合成与活化的细胞因子是合适的靶点。现已证实Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路在OA病程中起着中心作用,相关治疗靶点的研究已有成效。目前虽然对OA病程已有一定的了解,但对其发病机制仍不清楚。
