脑卒中运动障碍后脑区恢复与功能联接机制研究进展

摘要
<正>脑卒中最常见的功能损伤是运动功能障碍,运动功能是由一系列皮质和皮质下区域相互联接的运动系统控制,当脑卒中引起脑区和联接损伤时会导致运动功能紊乱。研究表明,大脑皮质区域和功能联接的重建都可能促进脑卒中后功能恢复[1-2],大脑皮质区域参与脑组织结构重组、促进运动功能恢复的主要脑区额叶,额叶是大脑发育中最高级部分,包括运动前皮质(premotor cortex,PMC)、初级运动皮质(primary motor cortex,PMC)、辅助运动皮质(supplementary motor cortex,SMC)、背外侧前额皮质(dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,DLPFC),大脑功能联接是运动、感觉和认知过程的整合,当脑卒中引起局部结构损伤时,功能联接立即发生广泛改变并对运动功能恢复产生影响。因此,充分了解运动障碍后脑区
