围手术期静脉血栓栓塞症风险评估工具的研究进展

摘要：

对国内外常用的围手术期患者静脉血栓栓塞症风险评估工具的评价指标及应用进行了综述,主要包括Caprini风险评估模型、Rogers风险评估模型、Autar血栓风险评估量表、Greenfield风险评估工具及Padua风险评估模型。提出在静脉血栓栓塞症的预防中,风险评估是重要的辅助措施,也是实施护理风险管理和预警的第一步。国内学者应结合我国人种、体质、遗传基因、疾病类型等特点开发符合国情的风险评估工具,以降低术后静脉血栓栓塞症发病率。
