133Xe吸入法测定颈内动脉系统脑血栓的脑动脉对二氧化碳反应的能力

用133Xe吸入法测量20例经CT诊断一侧半球单个缺血病灶患者及10名健康人的脑局部区域血流量(rCBF),同时患者均行三维经颅多普勒超声检查。结果显示病例组缺血半球吸3%CO2前及吸3%CO2中的rCBF低于健康人组或病例组中非缺血半球的rCBF。认为病灶半球脑动脉对CO2扩张反应能力降低,即病灶半球脑血管储备力降低,但非病灶半球及正常对照组脑血管储备力正常,而且脑动脉对CO2反应能力与脑血栓病情程度及颈内动脉阻塞范围和程度相关。病情重的脑血栓或三维经颅多普勒超声示两侧颈内动脉阴塞及/或狭窄的患者rCBF降低明显。
