ACHILLON微创吻合技术修复急性闭合性跟腱断裂

摘要：

目的评价采用ACHILLON经皮微创修复急性闭合性跟腱断裂的临床疗效。方法采用微创吻合技术修复跟腱急性闭合性跟腱断裂13例。结果平均手术时间(37.0±5.2)min,切口长度(2.3±0.4)cm,住院时间(5.0±2.5)d。13例获平均8.4个月随访。术后3个月平均AOFAS评分(96.9±7.1)分,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 ACHILLON微创吻合技术是修复急性闭合性跟腱断裂的有效方法之一,具有操作简便、切口并发症少、术后功能好等优点。
