RAPD在柑橘品系鉴别上的应用

摘要：

在５０个引物中分别筛选３８个引物和３７个引物能在朋娜、大三岛脐橙二个品系和马叙、星路比葡萄柚二个品系扩增出清晰的带型。其中在３８个引物中有５个能在朋娜和大三岛上扩增出差异。３７个引物有３个能在马叙和星路比上扩增出差异。
