摘要：

骨钙素(osteocalcin,OC)是一种由成骨细胞合成的结构蛋白,既往OC被视为调节骨代谢的标记物,近来研究证实OC为一种内分泌激素,并参与糖脂代谢、瘦素及脂联素的合成,进而间接影响认知功能。最新研究表明OC对大脑发育、神经结构和行为功能具有决定性作用,有动物实验发现羧化不全骨钙素(uncarboxylated osteocalcin,uc OC)可以穿过血脑屏障作用于脑干、中脑、海马中神经元而改善认知功能。研究OC与认知功能障碍的关系可能有助于探索认知干预的新方法。
