摘要：

<正>复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)是由单纯疱疹病毒-2(HSV-2)感染所致,发病率逐年上升,临床较难治愈。研究表明,机体免疫状态对病毒抑制起关键作用,RGH患者细胞免疫功能低下,Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡,机体清除HSV能力降低,造成HSV的持续感染与反复发作[1-3]。膦甲酸钠是一种有效的非核苷类广谱抗病毒药物,可通过抑制HSV DNA聚合酶来抑制HSV增殖,对阿昔洛韦耐药的
