摘要：

未来的竞争是科技的竞争,科技只有转化为生产力才能带来竞争优势,科技成果转化近年来日益受到理论界和产业界的关注,我国科研机构每年产生大量科技成果,厘清科技成果转化的过程及其全链条,选择合适的转化模式提高转化效率具有重要的现实意义。
