摘要：

病理性瘢痕是创伤后皮肤组织过度增生的结果,常见的致病因素包括外伤、烧伤、手术、疫苗接种、皮肤穿刺、痤疮和带状疱疹等,但具体发病机制仍未完全阐明。病理性瘢痕可对患者的生理功能和心理健康造成不良影响。传统的治疗手段包括压迫治疗、硅胶制剂、药物治疗、手术、放射治疗等,新的治疗方法包括激光、自体脂肪移植、免疫疗法、基因疗法等,但尚未有令人满意的单一疗法,因此综合治疗仍是目前临床的首选。
