亚抑菌浓度抗生素对细菌生物膜形成的影响

摘要
细菌生物膜是临床持续性感染的主要原因之一。多项研究显示抗生素在亚抑菌浓度下可抑制细菌生物膜的形成,亚抑菌浓度抗生素对细菌生物膜的作用已受到临床和基础研究者的关注。事实上,亚抑菌浓度抗生素对生物膜的调控作用仍不清楚,常因抗生素和菌株的不同表现各异,有时甚至诱导生物膜生成,因此亚抑菌浓度抗生素的临床应用尚需大量的证据。
