七氟烷预处理对急性缺氧小鼠脑氧化应激的影响

摘要
目的:观察七氟烷预处理对急性缺氧小鼠脑氧化应激的影响,并探讨其与预处理的时间、剂量的关系。方法:60只雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为6组:对照组(Control)、急性缺氧组(H组,6.5%O2,24 h)、2%Sevo 30 min+H组、2%Sevo 60 min+H组、4%Sevo 30 min+H组、Propofol+H组。按试剂盒说明检测脑匀浆丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性。结果:与H组比较,各七氟烷预处理组脑内MDA水平下降,并在2%Sevo 60 min+H组、4%Sevo 30 min+H组降低显著,Propofol+H组则无意义;GPx活性在各七氟烷预处理组有所升高,在4%Sevo 30 min+H组上升显著,Propofol+H组GPx活性下降,但不明显;与预计相反,各预处理使SOD活性显著降低。结论:七氟烷预处理减轻脑氧化应激而具有脑保护作用,并与时间、剂量相关。
