摘要：

<正>自1975年Hoshal等[1]首次采用硅胶管经外周静脉置入中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central catheters,PICC)以来,PICC技术突飞猛进,因其简便、安全、保留长久,已成为临床各科室常规采用的中心静脉输液技术之一。但是,随着临床应用的推广和病例数增多,临床医务人员也发现了诸多需要人们重视的临床问题,如果处理不当,轻则影响治疗效果,重者甚至危及患者生命[2]。为此,笔者就PICC常见的并发症及处置方法进行综述。
