急性颅脑损伤动物模型的研究进展

摘要
急性颅脑损伤是医学界的难点和热点之一。实验动物模型的制备是急性颅脑损伤相关研究的基础。加速性脑损伤、减速性脑损伤、挥鞭样脑损伤、创伤性窒息以及爆炸伤模型是常见的颅脑损伤动物模型。本文主要对这五种急性颅脑损伤动物模型的损伤机制和造模方法进行简要综述。
