摘要：

本文首先阐释了高校教师绩效评价的基本内涵,而后从评价模式选择、评价实施流程、评价监控措施等方面分析了我国高校教师绩效评价的现实状况,在此基础上评述了当前高校教师绩效评价工作的优点和不足,并提出了改进建议。
