摘要
结核病仍然是世界范围的主要传染病 ,由于致病菌结核分支杆菌生长速度缓慢 ,结核杆菌和其他的临床上重要的分枝杆菌的分离、鉴定和药物敏感试验需要几个星期或更长的时间。近年来 ,多种分子诊断方法已用于分枝杆菌的直接检测 ,菌种鉴定和药物敏感实验 ,极大缩短了诊断时间。两种核酸扩增方法改良型结核分支杆菌直接试验和Amplicor结核分枝杆菌试验已经获得FDA批准用于临床标本结核分枝杆菌的检测。PCR测序和DNA探针作为多数分枝杆菌的菌种鉴定的常规手段。高通量的寡核苷酸阵列已用于分枝杆菌利福平耐药基因突变的检测和菌种的鉴定
