摘要
A型肉毒毒素是近年来治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的一个新进展,国外已有多项试验证实了它的有效性及安全性,国内的研究也正在展开,本文综述了肉毒毒素的特点及其在脑卒中后肢体痉挛治疗的临床应用状况。
