摘要：

bcl－2家族是一类基因结构相似的参与细胞程序性死亡或称之为凋亡调节的基因，其成员可分为两类，一类能促进细胞的程序性死亡，一类能抑制细胞的程序性死亡。家族中各成员间可形成同源或异源二聚体，共同调节细胞内死亡和存活信息的平衡状态，最终决定细胞的命运。
