摘要：

无论从全球角度还是从中国自身分析,未来农业的功能都将趋于多元化,即由传统的食物安全功能逐步向缓解人类再生能源危机和为人类提供优美生存环境转变。在这个转变过程中,无论是世界农业,还是中国农业都面临着种种发展机遇,同时也要应对各种挑战。基于全球和中国农产品供求形势的演变,农业经济发展和农业政策研究也面临着一系列的新变化。
