摘要：

在知识经济时代,很多国家都在实行积极的区域创新发展政策招商引资,借助跨国企业带来更加先进的技术和经验,增强知识溢出水平,促进东道国的区域技术创新,但事实上并非如此。本文通过对国外学者关于FDI与东道国区域创新发展政策的关系进行研究评述,对近年来FDI的发展类型和趋势进行了概括,总结了FDI的未来研究方向,为我国政府制定合适的招商引资政策提供参考。
