摘要
用激光二极管 L D 抽运 Nd:YVO4 晶体 ,采用四镜环形腔 ,腔内放置 TGG晶体和λ/ 2波片 ,组成光学单向器 ,利用 KTP内腔倍频技术 ,实现稳定的单频绿光输出 ,最大单频绿光输出 4 0m W,光 -光转换效率为 6 % .
