摘要：

国外从理论上解释农村劳动力转移现象已经形成不少学说,包括宏观视角的刘易斯二元结构模型、费景汉-拉尼斯推拉模型、托达罗预期收入模型以及微观视角的贝克尔家庭经济学和斯塔克新迁移经济学等。对国外学者就农村劳动力乡城转移的相关研究进行概述,并探讨国外农村劳动力转移理论在中国的适用。
