摘要：

脑利钠肽是心室肌细胞合成分泌的多肽 ,心肌缺血、坏死、损伤、心室壁张力和压力过重时可刺激其分泌增加。许多研究中表明 ,脑利钠肽作为血浆中重要的标记物 ,在心功能不全和心肌肥厚等疾病的诊断、治疗、预后判断起着非常重要的作用。
