摘要：

随着中国经济改革的成就日渐凸显,国外学者对当代中国政治发展的研究也日趋深入。中国社会主义意识形态的当代挑战、中国特色社会主义政治文明的社会认同、社会民众的民主观念、中国共产党在当代中国政治发展中的作用、不同社会阶层对当代中国政治发展的推动作用、当代中国政治发展的基本特点、当代中国社会中的不平等与社会抗议等,成为近年来国外学者集中关注的议题。科学梳理、深刻剖析乃至理性回应这些研究成果,对于理解和推动当代中国的政治发展,具有重要的学术意义和实践价值。
