摘要：

本文对国外孕前保健效果研究进行了系统回顾。越来越多的证据显示许多孕前保健和措施对于预防出生缺陷等不良妊娠结局有显著的效果。这些措施包括:围孕期叶酸的补充、孕前糖尿病、苯丙酮尿症等疾病的治疗及治疗方案的合理调整、抗癫痫药等致畸药物的停止或减少服用、风疹免疫接种、戒烟、戒酒等。一些研究结果还显示,实施孕前保健措施不仅显著降低出生缺陷的发生率,还降低了卫生保健费用。
