摘要：

宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,高危型HPV病毒持续感染是宫颈癌发生发展最重要的致病因素。因此,应用HPV疫苗进行宫颈癌的防治成为全球研究的热点。目前已经上市的HPV预防性疫苗有2价、4价和9价疫苗,但全球多个国家的疫苗推广工作仍存在很多问题。近日,2价疫苗Cervarix获得中国食品药品监督管理总局的上市许可,且中国自主研发的HPV预防性疫苗已处于Ⅲ期临床阶段,本研究总结了目前HPV疫苗的研究进展以及HPV疫苗认知度和接受度现状,以期为HPV疫苗上市后的推广和普及工作提供参考。
