摘要：

类风湿关节炎是一种慢性、以多关节病变为主的全身性自身免疫病。确切病因尚不清楚,可能与遗传、感染和外界环境等因素有关。中医药治疗类风湿关节炎疗效较好,其中最为突出的单味中药首推雷公藤。笔者查阅近年来国内外风湿界关于雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎的文献资料,就其临床应用策略研究、中药配伍研究、毒性及不良反应3个方面进行综述,以介绍目前的研究现状。
