摘要：

静脉内免疫球蛋白(IVIG)可用于治疗多种自身免疫性或免疫介导的神经系统疾病,其机制除与IVIG通过免疫调节作用影响机体的细胞及体液免疫功能外,还与IVIG促进与病毒感染相关的脱髓鞘病变的髓鞘再生有关。此外,该文还综述了IVIG治疗神经免疫性疾病的相关基础知识,并按疗效分类对IVIG在吉兰巴雷综合征、慢性炎症性脱髓鞘多发性神经病等常见神经免疫性疾病治疗中的适应证、用药方法等进行介绍。
