弱恒磁场对人脐静脉及兔主动脉内皮细胞增殖的影响

摘要
目的 :研究弱恒磁场对人脐静脉内皮细胞及兔主动脉内皮细胞增殖的影响 ,并对其机制进行探讨。方法 :体外培养的第 2 - 4代人脐静脉内皮细胞及 3- 8代兔主动脉内皮细胞 ,分为对照组、磁场组及磁场 +酪氨酸激酶抑制剂组。磁场磁感应强度为 0 5Gs ,作用时间为 4 8h。用 [3 H]-TdR法及MTT法测定细胞增殖。结果 :磁场组细胞增殖显著高于对照组及磁场 +酪氨酸激酶抑制剂组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;酪氨酸激酶抑制剂genistein完全阻断了磁场的促增殖作用 ,磁场 +酪氨酸激酶抑制剂组细胞增殖与对照组无明显区别 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :0 5Gs的恒磁场可以促进人脐静脉及兔主动脉内皮细胞的增殖 ,这一作用依赖于酪氨酸激酶途径。
