<正>强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是一种累及中轴关节和肌腱韧带骨附着点并且具有共同的遗传背景及临床特征的炎性风湿性疾病。家族聚集性是该疾病的重要特征,由此表明遗传因素在发病机制中的重要作用[1]。
