社区老年女性不同风险程度骨质疏松性骨折相关知识调查

摘要：

目的了解石河子市社区不同风险程度骨质疏松性骨折老年女性相关知识的知晓情况。方法采用调查问卷,以分层抽样方法,对石河子市3个社区225名60岁及以上的女性进行入户一对一问卷调查。结果高风险骨质疏松性骨折老年女性知识平均得分为(16.14±9.49)分,得分率为31.0%,得分32分及以上者6人,及格率仅为5.4%;低风险骨质疏松性骨折老年女性知识平均得分为(16.50±9.48)分,得分率为31.7%,得分32分及以上者8人,及格率为7.1%。多元线性逐步回归分析,文化程度及年龄是影响高、低风险骨质疏松性骨折老年女性相关知识的主要因素。结论重点加强教育程度低的老年女性及高龄女性骨质疏松相关知识健康教育力度。
