老年高血压病患者的左心功能损害

摘要：

目的 :探讨老年高血压病患者左心功能改变。方法 :多普勒超声测定心输出量 (CO) ,左心室舒张早期二尖瓣口最大血流速度 ,心房收缩期二尖瓣口最大血流速度 ,E/A比值。高血压病患者 16 2例 ,老年患者组 (≥ 6 0岁 ) 78例和中年组 (<6 0岁 ) 84例与正常对照组比较。结果 :老年患者组CO、E/A显著小于对照组 ;中年患者组CO与对照组无显著性差异 ,而E/A显著小于对照组 ;老年患者组CO ,E/A小于中年组。结论 :老年和中年高血压病患者均有左心室舒张功能损害 ,老年患者更严重 ;老年高血压病患者可伴有左心室收缩功能损害。
