摘要：

类风湿关节炎是慢性自体免疫性疾病,临床用TNF-α阻滞剂、白介素-1受体阻滞剂和嘧啶合成抑制剂等药物治疗取得较好的疗效。论述了一些近年来治疗类风湿关节炎的新药,这些药物在短期和中期治疗中较为安全和有效,但长期治疗的疗效和毒性仍有待于进一步研究。
