<正> 甲、前言自 A.Kowalevsky(1867,1871)的经典著作出版以后,文昌鱼的发育成为胚胎学者重要研究对象之一。几十年来经多数学者的钻研,其中尤以 Hatschek(1881),Cer-fontaine(1906)等的工作更为详尽,使文昌鱼的正常发育,基本上得到了明确。Conklin(1905 a)在完成他的海鞘发育的经典著作以后,认为文昌鱼的发育可能与
