产前产后抑郁的相关危险因素研究

摘要：

[目的]分析引起产前、产后抑郁的相关危险因素。[方法]采用问卷调查方法,对264例孕产妇于产前1周内和产后1周内,进行产前抑郁和产后抑郁的跟踪调查。[结果]产前轻度抑郁119例(45.1%);中重度抑郁55例(20.8%)。产后轻度抑郁109例(41.3%);中重度抑郁37(14.0%)。多因素Logistic回归分析,产前抑郁的危险因素有文化程度和长辈关系,产后抑郁的危险因素文化程度、喂养效果及夫妻关系。[结论]部分孕产妇会出现抑郁性情绪障碍,常规做好孕产妇抑郁的筛查工作,及时发现高危因素及抑郁倾向并进行早期干预,确保孕产妇、新生儿及整个家庭成员的健康至关重要。
