国外创业与就业关系研究现状探析与未来展望

摘要：

弄清创业与就业之间的关系,对于我国实施"以创业带动就业"的就业发展战略意义重大。本文系统梳理了最近二十年西方发达国家特别是西欧国家关于创业与就业关系的研究文献,回顾了早期的创业与就业无关论、失业推动创业论,当代的"难民"效应假说、企业家效应假说以及不同国家的相关经验研究成果。这些研究成果虽然有助于我们深入理解创业与就业之间的关系,但仍未能明确创业影响就业的微观机理,相关的经验研究结论也呈现较大的国别差异。因此,本文认为未来有必要注重结合特定国家或地区的经济和社会特征来深入研究创业影响就业的机制和效应。
