摘要：

毒蕈碱胆碱受体3(M3受体)在多种肿瘤组织均有表达, 并与多种细胞重要信号通路相关联, 在肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、转移等方面起到重要作用;同时, M3受体参与多种肺部疾病如COPD的病理生理过程。近年来, M3受体在肺癌中的研究受到较大的重视, M3受体有可能成为肺癌预防治疗的新靶点。
