摘要：

视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)4是近年来新发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,在动物与人类的研究中均发现其与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗及糖、脂代谢密切相关。本文介绍了有关RBP 4的结构和功能、RBP 4血清水平及基因多态性与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和糖、脂代谢关系等方面的研究进展。
