摘要：

[目的]探讨护理干预对居家老年痴呆病人激越行为的影响。[方法]制定系统护理干预方案,连续对受试者干预12个月,用CMAI激越问卷分别在干预前后对每个受试者进行测量并进行比较、分析。[结果]干预前后受试者的CMAI评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);躯体性非攻击行为、语言激越行为、攻击行为发生率较干预前下降。[结论]护理干预可有效减少老年痴呆病人激越行为的发生、延缓其痴呆的进程。
