益生菌与糖尿病防治的研究进展

摘要
糖尿病是一种多因素诱发的慢性代谢性疾病,肠道菌群与糖尿病的发生密切相关。益生菌对维持宿主肠道菌群平衡起重要作用,在肥胖及糖尿病等代谢紊乱相关疾病的防治方面得到应用。本文围绕益生菌对糖尿病的干预作用及机制研究进行综述,以期为今后益生菌的功效研究及发展提供依据。
