人力资源管理实践对员工离职意愿的影响:工作满意度的中介效应研究

摘要
探讨人力资源管理实践系统对员工个体离职意愿的影响,验证工作满意度在二者之间的中介效应。已有的人力资源管理实践对员工离职的研究大多是基于人力资源经理评价的视角。基于不同视角的员工个人感知的视角探讨了人力资源管理实践对员工离职意愿的作用。结果表明:人力资源管理实践不仅能够降低员工的离职意愿,而且二者之间的关系通过工作满意度完全中介作用实现。
