小胶质细胞介导的免疫损伤在帕金森病中的作用

摘要
慢性炎症反应介导的免疫损伤在帕金森病等中枢神经变性疾病中扮演重要的角色,在此过程中,各种原因作 用下小胶质细胞的激活所产生的前炎症细胞因子和自由基启动或加重了多巴胺能神经元的损伤。以抑制小胶质细 胞激活为靶向的治疗方法将为帕金森病等神经变性疾病的治疗提供新的思路。
