摘要：

非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是一个总称,其疾病谱包括非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎及其相关的肝硬化与肝癌。NAFLD的患病率在持续增加,但其发病机制尚未阐明。近年来,学者们认识到扩张的脂肪组织生成、分泌脂肪因子异常和脂肪组织功能失调与NAFLD的发展相关。通过回顾近期的数据,该文讨论了引发肝脏三酰甘油积聚的原因、脂肪组织在调节整体脂质代谢平衡中发挥的作用,尤其是肥胖状态下脂肪组织分泌脂联素、瘦素、抵抗素等细胞因子在NAFLD进展中发挥的作用。
