摘要：

<正>一、重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)的概念近年来,我国脑卒中患者日益增多,2008年公布的我国居民第三次死因抽样调查结果显示,脑卒中已成为我国公民首要的死亡原因,死亡率高于欧美国家4～5倍。脑卒中的发病率正以每年近9%的速度上升。其中卒中后失语发生率为21%～38%[1]。
