<正>结直肠癌是严重危害人类健康的消化道恶性肿瘤,其发病率及病死率在癌症中排前3位。全球每年约有100多万人新发结直肠癌,约有50万人死于结直肠癌。近年来,随着经济发展,居民生活方式和饮食结构改变,我国结直肠癌发病率和病死率均呈上升趋势,现已高于世界平均水平。结直肠癌早期
